Spectrum - Change the Wavelenght

Spectrum always has the right frequency for the problem. This deck is built to make each of her energy forms stronger while giving Monica the flexibility to turn one strength into another.

Innate Perception can begin the game in your opening hand and gives Spectrum a permanent +1 THW. Combined with Heroic Intuition, Photon form becomes an exceptional threat-control tool, while Soaring Acrobatics can push an Aerial basic activation even further.

Brains Over Brawn turns that enormous THW value into damage. After Monica makes a basic thwart, she can immediately deal damage equal to her THW, allowing her to control the scheme and attack without abandoning Photon form.

Spectrum's permanent Aerial trait also gives her excellent Justice tools. Agile Flight removes up to 5 threat divided among any number of schemes, while Everywhere All at Once provides even more multi-scheme control.

Swift Retribution approaches the problem from the opposite direction: let the villain scheme in exchange for 4 damage. In a deck with this much threat removal, that drawback can often be cleaned up immediately.

Meanwhile, Spectrum's own events keep all three energy forms relevant. Gamma provides offensive power, Photon controls threat, and Pulsar provides defense, while Energy Duplication helps finance her event-heavy turns.

Spectrum doesn't need to choose between damage, threat control and protection.
