Venom already brings plenty of firepower. This deck isn't trying to give him more. Instead, Justice rounds out his toolkit with confusion, threat control, and survivability, letting Venom stay in hero form and keep his weapons firing.
Keep Them Confused
Think Fast!, Sonic Rifle, and Ghost Rider keep enemies confused and give Venom control over when the villain gets to scheme.
Scare Tactic turns those confused enemies into additional damage, allowing the deck's control tools to contribute offensively without dedicating more cards to pure attacks.
Observe and Adapt
Observe gives the villain a scheme activation in exchange for a Tough status card. Normally, that's a dangerous bargain. Venom is Justice, though.
Behind Enemy Lines, Grasping Tendrils, and Venom's natural threat control give him the tools to clean up the consequences, while Tough adds another layer of protection and helps him remain in hero form.
The villain gets to scheme, and Venom gets to decide whether that mattered.
Armed to the Teeth
Once Multi-Gun, Venom's Pistols, and Sonic Rifle are online, Run and Gun turns Venom into a one-man tactical unit.
Side Holster expands the arsenal, while Locked and Loaded helps get the right weapon into play. Invisibility Gear, Heroic Conditioning, and Symbiote Suit round out Venom's stats and give him even more flexibility.
The Plan
Control the villain with Confuse; let Observe turn a manageable threat into Tough.
Build the arsenal.
Use Justice to handle the battlefield.
Then let Venom's own kit handle the violence. Venom doesn't need Justice to hit harder. He needs Justice to make sure nothing else gets in his way.
