Follow the Evidence

Evidence is Jessica's real economy.

Calling in Favors turns it into discounted allies. Breakthrough turns it into another Jessica activation. Big Mistake turns it into extra damage with Overkill or Piercing.

Circumstantial Evidence, Leather Jacket, Stakeout, and Snooping Around keep the evidence flowing, while 4K Digital Camcorder can even dig a minion out of the encounter deck when Jessica needs another lead.

Nothing goes to waste. Every clue eventually becomes something useful.

Let Them Scheme

Jessica has enough threat control that she can afford to weaponize the villain's own scheming. Swift Retribution trades a villain scheme for immediate damage, while Jessica's THW 3, Heroic Intuition, Lay Down the Law, Strategy Session, and her side-scheme engine clean up the consequences.

When Jessica needs to work the case from alter-ego, Incognito Mode lets her handle her business and return to hero form before the villain gets any ideas. Close the Case
