Here is another attempt at a deck. This revolves around shifting counters to keep key cards in play. Maria Hill's Reassignment ability can move counters around and Super Spies can add more to the board. Three copies of Dynamic Duo gives three more chances of drawing Super Spies and/or retrieving it from your discard pile.
The deck is a bit light on damage so I added Sonic Rifle (which, itself, can benefit from additional counters) and Stealth Strike (which has the potential to further aid with threat control).
Yes, it is a 42-card deck. I have committed the cardinal sin of Marvel Champions deck design. I'm going to continue play testing it and if need be I'll pare it down by 2 cards. If it comes to that, my current thinking is to remove 1 x Sonic Rifle and 1 x Surveillance Team.
Welcome to deck building for Maria Hill, my favorite hero. You're off to a good start. Using Dynamic Duo to recur Super Spies is a great idea! I'll go into more detail on your post on Discord, but I do want to point out that the Sonic Rifle is not SHIELD traited and is not a support, so you can't move tokens to or from it with Maria, or add more with Super Spies.
