Every month or so, a new Hulk deck comes out and says: "Oh, Hulk can do something which other heroes can all do better." Making a Hulk Justice/Leadership deck can be fun, but Hulk shines in aggression - it's the only way he can be better than other heroes. Tank out attacks and push forwards with events and attacks.

But there's no combat training and skilled strike! WHY?!

They are 2 and 0 cost. Hulk can't keep cards and has a 4 hand size in hero. This means that he can play 2 1 cost cards or 1 three cost cards. If Hulk can draw a card with a 2 cost (Ironheart and Unstoppable Force), it is effectively 1 cost. By doing this, you can thematically only think in the short term with attack events. When you build a deck like this, his problems no longer apply. Many of these cards are above the power curve and Hulk's high health lets you tank like a beast so this deck keeps up. Counterattack continues to put pressure on the villain, and adrenaline rush/battle fury can lead to powerful rounds when combined with unstoppable force. Drop Kick and Banner's Lab are the only 2 cost cards (Drop kick can draw 1), but you'll never play Banner's Lab, and without the draw (but with the stun), dropkick is still better than uppercut.
