This deck relies on being attacked and utilising the retaliate + electrostatic armor + energy barrier combo to ping damage back to enemies.
Nerves of Steel makes the 1 cost defence events free leading to solid defence while still able to build on the hero turn.
Hard To Ignore allows BP to chip away at threat on the main scheme while defending which shores up his weakness for thwarting.
Protection allows us to buy time ready to build up Black Panthers arsenal for big Wakanda Forever! turns leading to reaching the mid-game safely and able to close out the game.
[Preemptive Strike] could be replaced with [Side Step] depending on the encounter.
