first attempt at deck building

Welcome to deck building! Are you only working with the core set and Captain America?

There are really great justice options but I am not sure if you have those options.

I love playing justice but I have to admit I have never used surveillance team. Also depending on the villain you are playing followed can be really powerful. If you are playing a villain with less side schemes than you might want to replace those as well. Under Surveillance for Solo is still an OP card that I include in every justice build I do to date. That extra room works with pretty much any villain.

Overall you've assembled a strong core box justice deck. I would nudge you to possibly include another ally depending on the villain. Lots of side schemes grab Jessica Jones. If not put daredevil into play for his utility.

Do you have any other card packs to pull from?

This review means a lot, thank you, this is really my first attempt at building a deck in Champions. So I am on a bit of a learning curve

At the moment I am only using captain America. Once I have Confidental succeeded with She-Hulk I will play Black Panther, then start opening other decks.

Followed is one of my favourite cards, I love it. Surveillance team I also use a lot. I don’t have under surveillance yet, that is in the Thor Deck, but I will get there

It actually means a lot to have someone I don’t know tell me it’s a strong deck, thank you. I have had this conversation with a friend of mine, recently, there was a reason there are not many allies in the deck, “Cost”,characters like Nick fury, and Daredevil cost 4, though it has not been published, I have actually added in Jessica Jones, and Mockingbird The difficulty with She hulk is her Small hands (ironic really). I do own other decks, however I have not opened them up yet. I had this idea that I want to get used to playing ALL the core characters before I start opening up the other packs. I plan to open them one at a time.

I forgot about the 4 card hand size. Your point makes total sense. She Hulk is an ok hero but not even in my top 10. I haven't played with She Hulk for some time now.

She definitely isn’t one of my favourite, I might give her one more try with this new deck then try black Panther. I love Marvel Champions, but I tend to play The Arkham Horror more. My friend said that Marvel Champions is my side game. I have been playing through the characters and alignments, influences (whatever you want to call them). I love champions for the quickness. Sometimes it’s great to just bad guy bash.

@Nightrunner05I cant find anyone to try out Arkham so I have never played... I've watched plenty of reviews and comparisons since both are LCGs. They all think that champions is more streamlined while Arkham has the story.

Once you get into other heroes you will start to see the theme come out in champions. The box set didn't have as much theme as some of the other packs.
