Concept: Getting hulk the resources he needs to play his best cards to their greatest potential.
Contents: Using the Limitless Strength and Strength plus Helicarrier and Quincarrier with the added bonus of Enhanced Physique, this big green machine will have all the resource he needs to consistently play game changers like Sub-Orbital Leap and Crisis Averted. There's also the potential for some threat control with Concussive Blow and Beat Cop. A splash of whichever 2 allies can offer support, I chose Coulson and Jones. There is also a one-of Tenacity which can help deal with any number of ways Hulk could become exhausted.
