Next? Add in the ability to recur Vigilante Training and use it to spam Homeland Intervention.

And that's about it. The S.H.I.E.L.D. engine is hard to stop once it's started!

This deck is packed with other potential cards to cycle (Genius, Wiccan, Lay Down the Law, and of course Nick Fury) - and don't forget to setup some juicy boost icons on the top of the encounter deck for Wiccan with Global Logistics.

Tweaks: Possible additions to this deck include adding Agent Coulson+Counterintelligence, another Global Logistics, Mockingbird and/or Agent 13. You can also double down on the SHIELD theme by removing Eros and Wiccan to make room for them.

There's also room for Heroic Intuition.

If you're playing solo, or even against some low-threat threshold villains in a group, I strongly recommend you put in Under Surveillance. Global Logistics is your most expendable card to substitute for it. You can also swap Turn the Tide in for Lay Down the Law.
