Great Responsibility is pretty risky with Ms. Marvel. She has good recovery, but you don't want to spend too much time doing that. I'd slot in an additional source of damage like a Haymaker to act and an extra Big Hands.
It looks like you are working with limited packs, but there are of course some good justice cards in some of the other packs. I really like adding in a Followed or two. They are cheap and easy to trigger.
