"To Me, My X-Men" (X-Men '97)

X-Men ‘97

I want to make some decks based off the excellent new TV show that just came out. Unfortunately, do to some limits I have to slightly bend the rules. Please comment any new ideas you have for a deck.

I want to try recreate as many thematic scenes as possible.

Other deck in the series:

NONE

Idea: I want to try to do something with Sunspot, but I don't know which hero or scene to do. The two heroes that deal with lightning resources, Captain Marvel and Thor, are not mutants.

Bending the Rules

Unfortunately, you have to take Gambit from Rogue (whom I don’t have :( ), Rogue from Gambit, and Jubilee from Wolverine.

Card Changes:

• Rogue changes to a 3 cost ally and losing the text about charge counters.
• Jubilee’s card changes to the text “Wolverine” to “any X-Men”.

Sadness

Morph doesn’t have any form of rep in this game, so no Morph. Also, Gambit, Rogue, Cyclops, Phoenix, and Jubilee don’t have any aspect reps (I’m starting to like this word.).

"To Me, My X-Men!" doesn’t work the best in this deck. A lot of the time I played this card it did not connect. If you are playing for power I would consider removing this card.

AND, I don’t get a Gambit from Rogue, because I am broke.
