Jubilee has solid numbers for damage and thwart, particularly with her upgrades out. What she lacks in is survivability having no in kit defense other than a 2 def and status which isn't always reliable, especially in multiplayer. She's also very vulnerable to stun and confuse, doubly so if you were planning to Hit and Run or show that you're Multitalented. Protection covers all of her weaknesses while letting her hero kit shine in a simple but enjoyable package.

Jubilee likes to flip down. That means she'll also flip up quite a bit too. Perseverance is a way to capitalize off this, in addition to Moira MacTaggert. I only put two copies in due to the minor annoyance of drawing it in hero form. Indomitable is there as the emergency ready in case you have to defend. It's also fantastic Caught Off Guard protection.

Status effects on Jubilee feel really bad. The Night Nurse will take care of that and make sure you can still show you're Multitalented regardless of what's ailing you.

No status effect or tough? Try the NCL, The Nightcrawler Loop

You’ll need Nightcrawler (obviously) and preferred to have Utopia

• Villain attacks you, no defending necessary
• Taking damage? Like, totally? Use your hero action and call the as
• Nightcrawler goes back to hand and you now have a 6-card hand size
• Bonus! play NC again, trigger Utopia. You’ll have enough resources to pay for a 2-cost thing without any additional resource generators if you want to spend it.
• Rinse and Repeat

Looping Nightcrawler isn’t new. Any X-Man can do it with The X-Jet, but no one else can it from turn one reliably outside of Phoenix. That’s a fast track to unleash if you do it where Jubilee can just loop as long as she wants. With status and toughs, it will happen often where you end up defending for multiple people at the table, instead of constantly asking for people to defend for you

So all in all, this deck gives you 4 toughs, Jubilee's own Mockingbird, a ready off of a now 3 def, and sparkles.
