Two main foci of the deck:

  1. Use Storm to move threat onto Shopping Spree. The mall is a good dumping ground for the villains schemes. Later in the game, play a Player Side Scheme to discard Shopping spree, discarding all the moved threat along with it!

  2. Superpower recursion: Blinding Flash and Grande Finale are some of Jubilee's power cards. Stun+Confusing the villain and 2 minions is 2 villain phases free of activations!! Use Hope Summers to get these cardsd into your hand. Mutant Education is great to shuffle jubilee's powerful events and resources back into the deck. With all the status she causes, you can spend a lot of time in alter-ego. While you're there, also make use of Weapon X to get even more identity-specific cards.

You'll see this is largely a neutral aspect deck: it uses the core of X-Men allies + supports and some supplemental resource cards to help pay for them. I think this core of ~35 cards can be the base of Jubilee's deck for any aspect. Just swap in a Player Side Scheme, any good X-men in that aspect, and any remaining strong supports or upgrades. Generation X is a cool way to go even further on the Blinding Flash train when playing this in Justice.

Avengers Mansion is just here because of how resource-rich Jubilee is. It can be anything else. I'm not a fan of Moira MacTaggert. The game will probably be over before you could have the chance to pull additional item cards with Shopping Spree. You could use Advanced Suit on Storm and Wolverine, but I think it's easier to just play that from hand anyway.

This deck is very strong. I was able to beat expert magneto without much difficulty. Turns out villains aren't very threatening when they're status locked!
