This is a fairly basic Bishop 'Pool deck that takes advantage of Bishop's abundant resources and the excellent 'Pool allies and upgrades to keep rolling into victory.
As usual with Bishop, Bishop's Uniform is the single most important card for this deck. Get it out as quickly as you can. Bishop's Rifle will also make things easier, but with Headpool, Kidpool, Lady Deadpool, and Marrow there to help out with damage, it's not as critical.
Tic-Tac-Toe and Blackout(/card/44056), and Stick-To-Itiveness give you additional uses for left-over resources on top of the usual Super-Charged and your signature allies.
You should generally avoid blocking with your 'Pool allies, as they don't take consequential damage and can stick around the whole game. However, you also need to be a bit more cautious about taking hits without Energy Conversion since Headpool and Lady Deadpool will increase the number of boost icons which means the villain's hits can really hurt.
Similarly, you want to be very cautious about flipping to alter-ego with one or both of those allies in play. You should do it to get the uniform if you don't think it will cost you the game, but otherwise it should be a last resort.
You could play Mulligan in this deck, but in my experience it's not needed as you're not overstocked on resource cards so you usually have good cards to play.
"I Got This" is not a key card so you if you want to make room for something else it's a good candidate to cut, but it's a useful panic button if you're getting overwhelmed by icons. With Kidpool and either of the other two 'Pool allies in play, it's usually worth two thwart and two damage which is great for a 1-cost card, but sometimes you can't make good use of all of that.
White Fox and Sharpshooter are similarly marginal cards that could be replaced, though they are useful. White Fox can take a hit for you early on and you normally get her for free so the only issue is if you're running out of space for allies, and Sharpshooter can speed up the end of the game a bit or just help clear out beefier minions with the rifle.
If you want to add more resources, Digging Deep is probably the best choice since it will help with Rock, Paper, Scissors both ways - if you have it in hand it's a wild resource, and if you discard it it goes to your hand no matter what you showed.
If you're having a hard time surviving, Git Gud and Break Time can give you some extra breathing room.
