Black Panther's 3 x Vibranium cards give him an edge in being able to play good allies out of hand across the entirety of the scenario - a cake onto which we spread the icing of new tools from Cap's expansion.
This leadership build doesn't change anything about BP's play priority (ramping up his kit of upgrades as quickly as possible), but it does give him a very good, flexible toolkit to manage the board while getting set up.
Adding in a copy of Lockjaw comes to mind as arguably worthwhile for the occasional turn where you find your hand resource-flooded and without a Make the Call, but this deck went solo up against both normal and expert Klaw as well as normal and expert GG (Risky Business) without ever feeling a need for it.
And for 3-4 player sessions, Maria Hill is worth breaking the Avengers-centric intentions of the deck. Her all-player card draw and 2-thwart is an incredible value, especially at higher player counts.
