You like those Web-Warrior Rogue combo's? Well what say we get really entangled in that web mayhem.
Hope Summers and Ghost-Spider as Web-Warriors and X-Allies with Mutant Mayhem.
The way of play is to get both Hope Summers and Ghost-Spider into play. Make Ghost-Spider an X-Ally by attaching Honorary X-Men and touch her to make yourself and Hope Summers a Web-Warrior.
When Web of Life and Destiny is in play, Mutant Mayhem should get you 4 cards per play.
Primary Combo (Webbed X's)
- Get Hope Summers into play and keep her there.
- Get Ghost-Spider into play by using Make the Call or by attaching Touched to Spider-Man.
- Get Web of Life and Destiny into play by paying for it or attaching Touched to any Web-Warrior in play.
- Get Honorary X-Men on Ghost-Spider.
- Attach Touched to a Web-Warrior, thereby making Hope Summers a Web-Warrior as well.
- Play Mutant Mayhem on Hope Summers and Ghost-Spider.
- Find 1 Identity Specific Event in your deck for Ghost-Spider leaving play.
- Draw 2 cards from Web of Life and Destiny because 2 Web-Warriors are leaving play.
- Find 1 Superpower in your deck for playing Hope Summers from your hand.
Note: You need to play an Honorary X-Men for each replay of Ghost-Spider.
Secondary Combo (Sneaky X-Allies)
- Get Children of the Atom into play (for Hope Summers at least).
- Get any of the Beast/M/Hope Summers allies into hand.
- Get or Find (with Superpower Adaptation) both the Sneak Attack and Mutant Mayhem event.
- Play X-Ally with Sneak Attack.
- Use up X-Ally until it has 1 hitpoint left.
- Play Mutant Mayhem on X-Ally and avoid the discard effect from Sneak Attack.
Tertiary Combo (A Walk in the Park'er)
- Get Spider-Man into play. Either pay the specific requirements, use Across the Spider-Verse, or Make the Call.
- Touch any of your Web-Warrior allies and take the trait.
- Use your basic attack/thwart as needed.
- Use Spider-Man to attack or thwart.
- Use his ability to ready Rogue and use a basic attack/thwart again.
One/Two-Of Cards
Superpower Adaptation can help you find just the leadership event you need if its in your discard pile:
- Make the Call for getting any one Web-Warrior into play or if you need to create a new combo with an X-Men ally.
- Mutant Mayhem to get the Hope Summers/Ghost-Spider combo executed.
- Sneak Attack in the case you want an X-Character cheap in play that can instantly combo with a Mutant Mayhem.
40+ Deck Size
The 2 player side schemes have been added to get multiple entrypoints of getting Ghost-Spider and Web of Life and Destiny into play.
If needed, they can be cut and the deck will still fit within the 40 card limit.

If you end up trying it, I would like to hear if you have suggestions that can improve it or take it in other directions :). |
Feb 10, 2025idk I'm not great at deck building that's why i lurk here. I played it vs klaw expert and had a really hard time, but it is my second rogue game so maybe it's me not the deck. I couldn't get the combos running, maybe because you try webwarrior and x-men this is a 2 Minute version of your deck marvelcdb.com with only x-men. (Not your deck anymore:) ) Danger Room Training is only because of suitup, can be descarded be cause we want to Mutant Mayhem then anyway |
Feb 11, 2025I really like Suit Up because you can find it with Superpower Adaptation in hero form and flip to alter-ego to play it :). I had a hard time keeping that in, as space was tight. I think the pure X build plays smoother. For this X and Web build you would need time to build, and I'd say Klaw in expert will put you under pressure :). |
Feb 11, 2025Yeah Suit Up is nice.
yes I think that's the problem. I try it with only one of them either Web or X-men/Force. Thank you for the idea. |
Cool deck, way more complicated than I like to play but I give it a try.
