Concept
The idea of this deck is to maximize Jubilee's Coat and Jubilee's Sunglasses by paying for expensive events with a diversity of resource types.
That's right, we don't want any discounts here! We want to pay full price and if you paid using two of the same resource you have failed in life. That's why we reject the common double resource cards, we don't want them! I added Enhanced Awareness, Enhanced Physique, and Enhanced Reflexes as a safety net, making sure we can fill in any resource type missing in our hand.
The events taken all cost 3 to allow 3 different resources types to be used to pay for them, because while you can waste an additional resource or two on a payment, the extra is not used to pay and so doesn't increase the effectiveness of Jubilee's drip.
Shopping Spree will help you get your bright Matrix™ cosplay outfit faster. Disguise can be used while in Alter-Ego, allowing you to defeat Shopping Spree in a single action. Then use Mutant Education to put Shopping Spree back in your deck, Mall Rat it back into play, and Disguise it again!
I had a game where I got my coat & glasses out before I got Disguise, so I threw it on a friend who had a consumable Item in his deck and proceeded to abuse it endlessly.Setup
You want to get Jubilee's Coat and Jubilee's Sunglasses out at fast as possible. You want to mulligan for them, Disguise, and Mutant Education. If you get your coat or sunglasses in your starting hand, you can ignore Mutant Education. If you get them both, you can ignore Disguise. Do not mulligan away Shopping Spree, you can only Mall Rat it into play from your deck, not your discard pile.
After that, try and get your resource generators out to allow you to play multiple events a turn. I would prioritize The X-Jet, Sense of Justice, and X-Gene (in that order) over Enhanced Awareness, Enhanced Physique, and Enhanced Reflexes.
