Look everyone! It's the cast of Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.! Plus some other people that may have shown up in some movies somewhere.
While I was primarily motivated by theme, Nick's gameplan is strong enough that this deck can hold it's own against any villain. You primarily want to stay in Stealth form, so time your attacks for when you can safely duck back in.
The biggest issue Nick has is that it can be hard to keep your suit's threat level in the goldilocks zone. Sometimes you have to spend threat as quickly as you get it and you don't build up reserves to really let loose with damage. Other times you quickly get above 5 and lose the reduction from Stealth. The Watch is a huge asset here, helping you manage the threat level more effectively. You can also choose not to use Nick's Gather Intel ability if your threat is getting too high.
Individual cards:
Haymaker?!? - Yep. I quickly found that I needed additional attacks to dump threat with. I tried all of the Justice attacks, but they are all too inefficient and/or restrictive. Haymaker is actually the best option. It is significantly better than normal here where it can do up to 6 damage.
Melinda May and Mockingbird - I probably wouldn't run these if not for the theme. If you don't care about that, I would suggest Nick Sr. and/or Field Agent as replacements.
Leo Fitz and Jemma Simmons - Remember that they can be used to play Global Logistics.
Prism Dust - I ended up wanting one more Tech card to find with Fitz, and this seemed like the best available. It's effectively free if you flip to Alter Ego with Fitz and Simmons out. Often it will just be used as a resource.
Plan B - This is a very important card to deal damage w/o breaking cover. Combined with Sky-Destroyer, it really helps to keep the pressure on while you are in scramble mode and need use Nick for threat management rather than attacking.
