The "Wakan-deck"

Rather than focusing on Shuri's ability, this deck is focused on the Dora Milaje allies, relieving the hero to a protective and healing role.

Your goal is to have all 3 Dora Milaje allies in play, all them Inspired and in their Combat Suit. Once you get them, they can easily handle most of the side Schemes and Minions, while decimating the villain. 3 copies of Suit up and Call for Backup are your main tools to assemble them.

Dora Milaje, Rally the Troops and First Aid, help you to keep them alive all the game. As I said, the main role of Shuri here is to defend the villain attacks, while it can use their powerful events and Black Panther upgrades to help you keep the board advantage.

Her Inventor ability can be used to fetch for a Reinforced Suit if necessary, but usually it is the best way to play her Black Panther upgrades.

Atlas Bear and White Wolf are in the deck mainly for thematical reasons, but they are totally prescincdible, probably Team Training would be a great addition.

This is not at all one of the most powerful Shuri Decks, but it feels so thematic and fun to play, that's why I like to share it with the community. This is my "Wakanda Deck", or as I like to say... my "Wakan-deck".
