Typical Shuri things:

(1) Dora Milaje suite to help The Elephant's Trunk and just generally help some of your allies stick around to help.

(2) Genius suite with Moon Girl for card draw and Ingenuity for resources. Tons of mental and wild resources for maximum Moon.

(3) Means of readying: Ready to Rumble and Tenacity... other stuff too.

Why Pool?

(1) Triples... These need no introduction or explanation.

(2) Healing... Tic-Tac-Toe can heal T'Challa for additional special activations, your hero to get to max health for the triples, and some late game burst damage. Healing Factor + Vibranium Suit + Ramonda basically means you shouldn't ever die from damage. I like to increase max health with Front Line Specialist (though, thwarting version is good too if the board state makes necessary)

(3) Readies... Stick-To-Itiveness which will allow you to ready for extra special triggers. Not a lot of physical resources in the deck. You'll need to cheat Quincarrier in through Build Support. A Get Rage-y can help speed Grant Ward along (you have tons of mental resources, regardless), get more out of the hearty Dora Milaje allies, or get some burst with an extra activation from T'Challa.

(4) Not my Responsibility can help with a flip down which is great due to Shuri's amazing AE ability + supports. Professor X and Kimoyo Beads can also help with this. The beads can also be recurred via Aja-Adanna and put back into play with her AE ability... then ready yourself up in hero form with Stick-To-Itiveness.
