Very basically, you want to flip often with this deck. You have the tools to handle going down to get a bigger handsize, shuffle in your Ticket to the Multiverse, add additional cards to George Stacy, and use her most overlooked card, Parental Guidance. Use it to recycle any card in your discard pile to George Stacy, making Ghost-Spider as flexible as you need her to be.
Quick points:
- Web Binding, Quick Quip, and Lay Down the Laww all require mental resources; we have plenty, and also Enhanced Awareness to bank them for when we need them
- Lay Down the Law can attach to Dad so we can always hit it on the way up to hero form; also allows you to recover, use Disguise, or use Meditation, then ready on the way up and draw a card with Web-Bracelet
- Meditation can be stored on George Stacy, and used when you draw into your 3-cost cards
- a few Web-Warrior allies to boost all around efficiency
- plan to flip down often: put Meditation and Lay Down the Law on George, flip down when you have an ally to play and use meditation and get a free ready on the way up with Lay Down the Law
- there are lots of interrupts and responses to lean into her ability: Turn the Tide, Warning, and Making an Entrance also work!

May 22, 2025The multiple ways to exhaust in AE to then Lay Down the Lawn on the way up is really clever! Love that Ghost Spider can be great in all aspects these days, I'll definitely try this one out soon. |

May 23, 2025Boomguy and flipping often? What is this? |
May 23, 2025I really like the combination of synergies here. Others have noted most of them already, but I also like the way Ghost-Spider has been given a way to thwart for two in alter-ego with Disguise, and, then, as you stated in the deck description, use Lay Down the Law to ready up when coming back to hero form. |

May 26, 20251st up: Love Warning in with Ghost-Spider. I'd like to see SP//dr in here. She is rather efficient at just Bouncing with her innate. Even better if you drop a TBE in for her = 1Atk/2Thw every turn for the cost of a "card - cycle". You are already running WoLaD and other allies, so the only extra is TBE which would still be useful on other allies before she turns up. I find she is REALLY hard to pass on for that. Maybe if you know you're up against a minion-low-retaliating-boss... |
