Magneto is Tough
A little Magento number I cooked up to play on Tabletop Simulator. Get toughs. Taunt them off. Patriot and "Come Get Me, Bub!" are a good combo, and Magneto doesn't mind a minion he can actually use for Wrapped in Metal/Magnetic Missile combo.
Magneto loves to ready. With his Armor and Cape, he gets a stat boost and a ready each turn. Ever Vigilant and What Doesn't Kill Me can take advantage of this temporary stat boost. You'll usually let the Villain hit you in the face, taking that into a tough, or losing some hit points that you can heal back with "Come Get Me, Bub!" and/or What Doesn't Kill Me. Once you're set up, only need alter ego to deal with Obligations, and you can "Slug It Out with the Villain.

Feb 11, 2026Looks like a ton of fun. Get tough, stay tough, and lots of readies for your boosted basic actions! (Also, you can change the title of the deck after publishing. You can update the description too, just not the decklist.) |
Feb 11, 2026Love using toughs with Taunt, one of my favorite types of decks to play in Protection. Ill have to try this out haven't tried it with Mags. Good stuff! |

Wow. Lots of love for a deck I didn't even come up with a pithy name for! Now I feel like I should've spent a little more time with the write up.
