People don't normally think of X-23 as Justice, but Animal Instinct makes her a thwarting machine. Team her with lots of thwarting allies and Gunboat Diplomacy. Now add a Mission Training buffed Honey Badger so she readies even more; it's almost absurd how much she thwarts. Or attack and clear tons of threat in the same round. Dealer's choice.
Pairs nicely with my Domino protection deck.
