Modified from the pre-con for a little more utility.

Matt needs shockingly little to operate - his kit has some of the cheapest options to play. Rotating his upgrades, cycling his powers, and multiplying the value of the little things he does makes for a satisfying loop. Get a cheap ready? Make his cards cheaper? Flip every turn? Matt can really do it all, playing around his enemy until he's ready to move in for the kill.

The must haves:

Deft Focus - A free sense card every turn? All uptime.

Stealth Training - With little values and the ability to take ones and twos away from schemes, getting correct amounts of threat off a side scheme is almost assured. That's free stuns.

Move in Shadow - Another way to nickle and dime schemes to death, Move in Shadow doesn't even care if you're standing up, and with Daredevil's capacity to thwart from alter-ego, this just guarantees value for the round.

Mulligan for The Man Without Fear and Deft Focus. Get Move in Shadow on the board, and put cards in your hand. Get your skills out. Try to keep the majority of your senses out, so you can cycle Enhanced Olfaction and Acute Tactility, generating Readies and making your cards cheaper. Play that cycle out until you have enough value to win.
