Generally, when you see the S.H.I.E.L.D. Justice package, you immediately think "control". And you wouldn't be wrong! This Natasha deck brings the Control and a MOUNTAIN of paperwork to bury the Villain under. Much like the redactions in this document, this deck actually erases the villains schemes. When Natasha and her web of Intelligence Analysts and Spies file the paperwork, it's the Villain that's [REDACTED]

In the Shadows, Behind the Desk

Mulligan Priorities: Leo Fitz, Safe House #29. With these two cards, you're essentially set.

Leo is going to help you fish for your Black Widow's Gauntlets. The other TECH options aren't as important, because you won't be flipping to Hero Form very often. You can get them for resources to pay for some of the beefier cards.

If you have Jemma Simmons, great! She can help you pay for your Gauntlets.

And that's about it for that Duo....... for now.

Use the Safe House to recur whatever PREPARATION happens to be in your discard. If it's Informant - put it in play. Otherwise, you have more resources to get up Black Widow's Web.

The Surveillance State

Now you're putting the pieces into place to erase the villain. Get out your favorite Black Marker, things are about to get fun!

Surveillance Teams should start hitting the board. Start using Homeland Intervention as you draw them. There are a total of 8 S.H.I.E.L.D. Supports and 5 Allies... Plenty of assets to tap. Don't be afraid to Homeland for 2 or 4 in the early stages. Fitz and Simmons are perfect for this assignment.

Helicarrier and Sky-Destroyer are obvious inclusions; the former boosting the decks economy, and the latter providing reliable chip damage, even while in Alter-Ego. They can also be easily targeted by Homeland Intervention.

Once you are able to play down Vigilante Training, you can start re-decking your Homeland Interventions. It makes your turns so consistent that firing off a Homeland Intervention every round just becomes… normal.

Not a high roll. Not a combo turn.

Just… a Tuesday.

Informant Assets

Be sure to leverage your Informant for information. There's nothing quite like making the bad guys do the work for you! With your Safe House on the table, you should be able to lean on your snitch every round.

Personnel Files

Agent 13 - She's expensive. You probably won't recruit her on your first deck pass. Her Response is excellent for either readying one of your supports to be targeted for Homeland Intervention again, or getting double use of Helicarrier economy.

Agent Coulson - More reasonably costed, he can retrieve a useful PREPARATION like Espionage (that can be triggered in Alter-Ego) or one of the Hero Response/Interrupt ones that can be used as a resource.

Monica Chang - is an MVP - She will help you find a Surveillance Team, and insure that they stay on the board longer.

Nick Fury - Your Ace in the Hole. H draws you three cards, and can protect you from a hit in the rare case that you need to flip to Hero Form.

Winter Soldier - Excellent support, but I'm usually playing with him as a hero, usually [ THIS DECK ]. In that case, just a wild resource.

Natasha Romanoff with Disguise allows you to essentially Basic Thwart every turn while in Alter-Ego.
