there's 44 cards - that's okay - We've got 3x Mulligan and potential +3 hand size. Specialized Training training adds more draw and it's easy to clear with Spider-Woman.

This has a ton of resource sinks to dump resources into so dump 'em and draw back up with Mulligan

Use Brother Voodoo as an exhaust for Earth's Mightiest Heroes - just keep him in play once you get him out. try to avoid chump blocks. the vision here is to get your allies in play and keep them in play. you do you, tho. things happen, I get it. try not to block with an ally unless you're gonna lose for sure if you take a hit.

Hit Points and Tanking Venom has 6 hit points and between Energy Barrier, Honorary Avenger & Tic-Tac-Toehe can absorb a few hits to keep Spider-Woman ready and healthy. Tankin' ain't chumpin'

The main idea was having multiple paths and choices for mitigated threat - I wanted 3x copies to get it for sure but, then what if I don't see the card I want or wasn't able to get the cards at the right time? so 3x copies of Mitigated Thread and 3 cards to potentially put it on.

Bonus points for playing more than one Earth's Mightiest Heroes in a turn to draw even more.

you can Royal Flush your way into a 9 card hand (Alter-Ego hand size) and draw 7 more cards with Brother Voodoo, Captain Marvel with 3 Earth's Mightiest Heroes & Get Ragey, two readies on an avenger and a Specialized Training upgrade. you are losing up to 3 resources to mitigated threats so pace yourself - you want something that generates extra card draw or finesse in play to make up for the mitigated threats - the mulligan cards are the buffer against this so its okay to be a bit of a gambler. ideally, you'll get mitigated threat & live dangerously on a lucky opening hand hard mulligan. but if not - there's 3 more copies of mulligan in there to dig for them.
