The main point of this deck is to take advantage of the tech upgrades available in Protection enabling Iron Man to power up quicker. (Electrostatic Armor and Energy Barrier) I shouldn't have too much trouble getting Tech upgrades out for Ironman Card draw. When you build all of his kit you are left with VERY few other cards.
The main point of this deck (besides the typical Ironman stuff) is to defend every round with either Desperate Defense or Never Back Down. If you don't take any damage then when your kit is up you will either ready yourself or stun the villain, drawing a card, and dealing 2 damage to the person who attacked you. Be sure to conserve your Energy Barriers for stopping all damage only. If you can't stop all of the damage save your Barrier charges for the next attack.
Momentum Shift was included to help damage minions while you are powering up and to make sure you stay over 9 HP so that Dauntless still activates every attack. With Electrostatic Armor you are going to be doing 2 damage when you defend.
