Love this. I've been jamming the same deck but with James Rhodes, Munitions Bunker, and Shoulder Cannon :p. Agent 13 is bonkers.

@Brian-V great deck! After playing a few games, it plays very consistently. Hard to see how a deck with this much reliable card draw and consistent value can ever go wrong. But I was wondering about the decision to have 45 cards. I can't see why the best arguments for keeping a deck to 40 don't apply here as well. I assume I'm missing something.

@KennedyHawk I'm loving the SHIELD stuff. I need to try Agent 13 with my old Call for Iron Man -- would probably make similar to what you've been running. I can think of a great deck for every SHIELD character but Hawkeye lol, any suggestions?

@goose When I make decks that draw a ton of cards I don't think it's that big a deal to add a few more cards. I think early on when we didn't have a great card pool I always tried to make sure I was at 40. But lately I don't mind going over 40 for certain decks. However, I know some people are adamant about 40 and I get it. When you do crunch the numbers for a card or two, it's not that big of a difference though. However, you could certainly cut a few cards if you wanted to get it to 40.

For Hawkeye, I'm messing around with using Government Liason as a way to play Mockingbird out of hand. She has the SHIELD tag, and goes back to hand easily. BUT...it's more or less the same as TBE, but it could also be used on Fury and friends. Shame you can't use both. I'm trying out Regroup so that Fury can basically play the role of Mockingbird when possible but its not quite there yet. Was also considering using Agent 13 to ready a Helicarrier in order to play that combo easier. I may ditch Regroup and try Justice and see if Fiele Agents on Mockingbird and Agent 13 are useful, and aim for Chance Encounter and One Way Or Another to get Fury back in hand.

Thats all I have for now for Hawkeye... Love to hear if you have any Hawkeye ideas with SHIELD though

Just took this deck for a spin on Sandman expert. Totally broken. LOL. Draw cards and middle around a bit until you have 5 allies and a boatload of attacks in your hand and finish him off to phase two and then burn him down in phase two for the rest of your turn. Great deck!

This is a stupid question, but how do you change font sizes, italics, etc in the description?

My modification of this "brilliant and broken" deck requires a new title: "Cpt Marvel Takes a Holiday While Agent 13 and SHIELD Go to Work":

--strip out all of the non-SHIELD allies (save Ant-Man and Stinger), put in Dun Dun Dugan, Mockingbird, and War Machine (all Grey) --take out Avenger's Mansion and Strength in Numbers and put in Sky-Destroyer, and Gov't Liaison (x2) --remove x1 Band Together and Power of Leadership and add x1 Power in All of Us and Inspiring Presence --stir not shake (cycles really well)

Be prepared to pitch almost every Cpt Marvel hero card for resources and keep her most of the "time" as Carol (with her "hair down") while Sharon & SHIELD do all the heavy lifting from Alpha Flight Station.

Nuff' said! (it's pretty "broke")

P.S. Pairs nicely with Ms. Marvel (her protégé) in Justice.

@Arisbe Love it, I'm a sucker for theme. Instead of just tweaking my old deck, I could have definitely added some of the grey SHIELD stuff and made a more thematic deck that's just as good.

@Brian-V. Thank you for the kind words, Master Brian-V. Here's my only regret to what I've done is this: I basically made Capt. Marvel almost superfluous to a Capt. Marvel deck.

I don't think that was your intention, nor mine, but Kamala is not learning much from her idol here, except that even when you are one of the most powerful beings in the universe, some times it better to delegate or "take a day off"? To feel better thematically, I may try a different Justice (SHIELD friendly) hero who doesn't need tutelage, e.g. Black Widow or (later) Director Stark (or Hulk or Cap). As a relative new comer I hadn't played Ms. Marvel yet, so I was gun-ho to get her to the table.

This deck made me feel mad with power. Did 30 damage in the last round with so many card draws filling 2x Energy Channel. My board was massive by that point, so the 45 card deck size was no issue. Thanks for another great deck.

I see the tag is solo can it be a multiplayer as well?
