A while back I proposed a decklist for Spectrum (https://marvelcdb.com/decklist/view/20317/spectrum-tough-vigilant-and-ready-1.0), and looking back on it I wanted to update the deck with some of the newer stuff. Plus, IMO Spectrum doesn't get enough credit for how good she is. Hopefully this list will get you to like her better!
The core experience is pretty similar: get tons of readies with What Doesn't Kill Me / Ever Vigilant, tough cards with Perseverance and use your basic activations to thwart tons of threath or deal lots of damage.
This newer version, however, has a few cool things going for it:

My favorite is Specialized Training, meaning you can push your ATK to 4 (in GAMMA form of course) and get card draw out of it.

Also pretty cool, Superpower Training thins your deck by going to the victory pile and puts in play Energy Duplication. Same idea with Build Support and Quincarrier.

Stuns for the villain (Mockingbird, Iron Fist and for minions with Iceman, confuse with Professor X and control over encounters with Black Widow (take that, Advance!)
