Perseverant Angel - (NeXt/w7)

X-Force Mission Completed: X-themed decks for all NeXt/Wave 7 heroes in every aspect vs X-pert NeXt Evolution!

Synopsis:

• Construct an insurmountable defense using Perseverance to keep Angel w/ Tough status in addition to Aerial Agility, Establish Perimeter & Warpath. Since Angel flips often through his forms, you're usually always able to use Perseverance.

• Aerial allies round out the deck with The Power of Flight economy. Other economy include Team-Building Exercise (X-Force & Aerial), X-Gene, Weapon X & Moira MacTaggert.

Events:

• Perseverance - Since you have two hero forms, you're theoretically able to use this every turn. Metamorphosis also ensures that you're able to Tough whenever you draw this card.

• Ever Vigilant - An auto-include in any Protection Aerial deck. Flexibility if you need to exhaust to defend as Archangel or readies for thwarting in Angel to concentrate on side schemes without having to worry about main scheme (also bypasses Patrol).

Player Side Schemes:

• Superpower Training - Vital to Angel and this is always a priority to make sure you get Techno-Organic Wings.

• Build Support - A few 2-cost targets with Team-Building Exercise & Moira MacTaggert in addition to Worthington Industries & Weapon X.

• Establish Perimeter - More Tough and easily cleared with Angel.

Supports:

• Moira MacTaggert - Since you're able to flip to alter-ego more often with Metamorphosis & confuse from Adaptive Plummage & Professor X, this card is worth it.

• Weapon X - Allows you to filter through Angel's deck with Worthington Industries. You're also able to heal that 1 damage ping with Angel's Alter-Ego ability.

• Team-Building Exercise - Traits are X-Force & Aerial.

Allies:

• Warpath, Cannonball, & Siryn - are X-themed Aerial characters. Professor X for confuse to get to alter-ego.

Upgrades:

• X-Gene - Helps with Angel's higher than average number of events.
