Many people think Spidey is a funny and intelligent guy that just wants to make the world a better place. Well today, Peter woke up and chose violence. It's time for Spidey to introduce all his enemies to the Hall of Pain, which totally wasn't stolen from that one Mark Henry gimmick. It's 3 minutes of playtime in a steel cage with a guy who had far more pent up aggression than anyone realized.

The deck is funnily enough layered with multiple themes, like a spider infested cake. The first theme is our whooping 9 allies for Boot Camp which helps provide us damage but also ways to thwart since Peter is focused on punting someone's head off like Randy Orton. Speaking of allies, we get one of the only heroes who can actually play Moon Girl! She's a great way to draw cards and keep digging for more nonsense to do! Also, our deck is rare because it actually allows us to get value out of Black Cat due to our next theme...

That's right, we're also a Honed Technique deck! We already want mental resources to play Lunella, so why not commit and slap on some more mental synergies with a card that honestly is incredible with Spidey. This upgrade turns Uppercut into 3 more copies of Swinging Web Kick and our Clobber cards into a 2 for 5 can of whoop-ass. Better yet, commit to the idea with a devastating Full-Body Charge for 12 damage with potential overkill. Now that's what I call a New York welcome.

Overall, Spider-Man is a fun starter character that has only gotten better with age. Spider-Man Mental Aggression will keep getting better with more releases, so try it while it's good now and become a believer!
