Maria Hill “I never asked to be a hero”

This deck lives in alter-ego all day. You use Maria Hill’s alter ego ability every turn to always have a seven card hand. Turn 1 mulligan hard for Nick Fury Jr, you want an ally out basically right away to start thwarting for you. Set up Pericles using Maria Hill’s alter ego ability as soon as you have an ally out, burn an entire hand for it if necessary. Once you have Nick Fury and Pericles you’re good to go, he thwarts, Pericles gives him tough and confuses the villain.

Then start throwing up shield supports. Government liasion and helicarrier stack and can help offset costs. You’ll take a minute before you have all of those supports out, if ever, but you’re at minimal risk while you build. Late game start using all points bulletin to make some villain cry, all while lamenting their inability to ever even damage you.
