Winter Soldier, Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.

First shot at Winter Soldier. A bit of ally swarm, focused on S.H.I.E.L.D. allies. Captain America and Black Widow were very good in the precon, especially in conjunction with Super-Soldiers and Winter, Widow, Soldier, Spy, so I kept all four cards in here.

My little (not so?) secret sauce in here is Melinda May. In my precon play-through, the only thing that really felt bad was that Bucky's kit doesn't have any way of dealing with treacheries. Melinda gives us a little help here before we deck-cycle.

Looking for Trouble is something that I keep going back and forth on. I didn't have much of a problem with threat, or really with getting minions, but maybe it will be helpful in scenarios where minions are a little rarer?

I really wanted to try fitting in Firepower and a few more S.H.I.E.L.D. Sidearms, but couldn't fit it in with the minion seeking package of Looking and Spoiling for a Fight (the latter of which did SO much work in my precon play-through). It seems like in aggression, you can go S.H.I.E.L.D. build or weapons build, but not really both.

I'm a little worried about the average card cost, so I may drop something for an Avengers Mansion, probably Martial Prowess. Or maybe add in a Build Support to grab a resource producer?
