I initially published a Ready for a Fight deck with Spectrum titled "Ready for a Flight" (https://marvelcdb.com/decklist/view/50117/ready-for-a-flight-1.0) as a way of getting back to AE to reset your form so you're not stuck in a form that you don't want to be in. After thinking on it more, Ant-Man is a perfect and maybe even better candidate for Ready for a Fight.
When you use Ready for a Fight with Ant-Man, you can flip down and heal 1 HP. Then you have some choices as to what you'd like to do. If you have Counter-Punch with 1 - 2 Giant Strength in play or a Giant Stomp in hand, you can flip up to Giant form (for 1 damage and maybe 2 healing with the Ant-Man's Helmet) and either defend for 3 and Counter-Punch for 3 - 5 damage per Counter-Punch you play. While in Giant form, you can then attack for 3 (if you aren't exhausted) and use Giant Stomp. So, normally when you'd use Giant form, you'd be stuck with a 4 hand size. This way, you're getting 6 cards, an extra HP for healing, and can still attack or defend for 3. If you did happen to defend, there are 2 copies of Indomitable to ready yourself up for those turns that you do use Counter-Punch. It's great that Indomitable is tucked away for when you want it over something like Desperate Defense
If threat is an issue, you can flip up to Tiny form and remove a threat (maybe an extra card with Ant-Man's Helmet) and trigger Perseverance. You could have alternatively used Hidden Base on the flip down. So, you'll have a tough status and be able to simply tank the attack. Being that Ant-Man has Resize and can swap between two hero forms, Perseverance is still a really useful card and doesn't need Ready for a Fight to be used. Resize can also help with Hidden Base if you don't have Ready for a Fight. If you don't have any tough options, there are a number of allies that can block for you. Polaris can do this twice and Clea might be able to block for you multiple times per deck pass.
As for the other allies, we have Yellowjacket since a quarter of the deck is upgrades. Nick Fury and Ironheart are cheap allies. Professor X helps with thwarting as well as flipping down if your Ready for a Fight cards came out in a poor order.
Superpower Training should definitely get Ant-Man's Helmet. If you already have it in play, I'd probably recommend a Giant Strength over Wrist Gauntlets.
Hope you like the deck if you try it.
