This deck has two hooks as I often can’t pick just one. The first is using Sidekick on Venom to make them even stronger. They can come out with 5 attack and 5 thwart before any upgrades. We can use Side-by-Side and Get Ready to ready them for even more thwarting or attacking. Suit Up can be used to find Venom and our sidekick upgrade, but we can also use it to recur Spider-Man 2099, who we’ll be using to pull Otto Spider-Man back into our hand to ready one of our interface tech upgrades and draw a card. Regroup is another way to get Otto back. We can also use Across the Spider-Verse to get 2099 back in play. Otto will be leaving play so much that Web of Life and Destiny should draw us a lot of cards.
Nice deck! I love the double hook. Having flexibility and different angles is really important for consistency. This looks really dope! I love SP//dr Suit and Have been wanting to use 2099 in a deck, and this marries both of those together.
I'll have to try this out soon!
