Spectrum has very high base stats, so Stick-To-Itiveness and Ready to Rumble (reminder that changing Energy form is still changing forms) are great ways to get more activations in. The extra readies also mean the stats from Symbiote Suit and Laser Swords will get a lot of use. Symbiote Suit also has a small combo where it guarantees +1 attack on Laser Swords for extra damage.
Mulligan is a great tool for making sure you don't get stuck in the wrong form. At the start of the turn, if you don't find the form changing event you're looking for, you can use Tic-Tac-Toe or even Plot Convenience to spend extra cards out of your hand without playing a card for Mulligan. Plot Convenience also let's you save a Mulligan you don't currently need for later. Once you get Symbiote Suit out, the increased hand size carries over into Mulligan.
As an extra way to find Spectrum's form changing events, there's a lot of extra card draw from Ironheart, Nick Fury, Avengers Mansion, and Symbiote Suit. "I Got This" can also draw you a card if Symbiote Suit is out, but that card is best with one of the other icons in play.
Hope Summers is actually quite efficient in this deck. A 2/2 ally with 3 hp and no abilities in the basic aspect is worth about 2.5 to 3 resources, so the card search she comes with is costing only 1 to 1.5 resources. Which means that resource is replacing itself with the card you're searching for, so she's actually a 3 cost ally that lets you discard a card to search your deck for a card. That's insane! Spectrum makes even better usage of this ability because her form changing cards are all SUPERPOWERS and, while you're setting up, Hope Summers can also find Spectrum's Energy Duplications.
Every ally in this deck has a lot of additional utility on top of just their stats and blocking before they die. Bob, Agent of Hydra and Headpool notably do not take consequential damage when they attack or thwart. The Acceleration and Boost icons on them make "I Got This" efficient by themselves, so try to keep at least one out since it also buffs your Laser Swords.
