I would say the MVP combo was definitely Shark-Girl + Utopia + X-Mansion with all three Cyclops upgrades on the villain for the finish. Iara swinging for 6 and a heal in one turn just to go out swinging for 12 with a Utopia-assisted ready the following turn was simply thrilling. I opted to remove Dazzler because between the three confuses between Psylocke and Professor X was more than enough to stall while building up Cyclops. And Superpower Training was added just to get the Ruby Quartz Visor or Field Commander out as quick as possible to have Cyclops' Constant Training be utilized for building out.
I would be very curious on a better card than Clobber as a direct damage dealer. VillainTheory originally had 3 copies of One by One but in my first couple plays the need to defeat the villain never synced up with me. Not to mention, being without any cards to deal with a measily 1-health Goblin was beyond frustrating and was the cause of a loss early on. Any thoughts?
Full disclosure... I actually played Throg for most of the campaign simply to have a ally on hand to deal with the surprisingly resilient and pesky Goblin in the Fantasy mod set. Only after beating the campaign did I bother checking for other non-aggression X-men allies with a printed . Doh! Armor would have been perfect.
