This deck is a perfect counter to the impossible Infiltrate the Museum scenario, also known as Collector 1. The key to this deck is the ability to hold three Restricted cards with Side Holster and Fusillade for keeping the damage up on Collector. Many turns you will be left with an extra double resource in hand so you don’t need to waste exhausting to remove a card from the Collection. You will NEVER want to use your Alter-Ego Tinker ability as this will cause a card to go to the Collection. It’s best to just avoid it. There will be plenty of resources to play everything you want. On that note, the Reload cards should essentially just be used as an extra resource. You’ll very rarely decide that you want to Reload because you want to conserve your ammo for when it’s most important. Like healing with Schadenfreude. Personally I never defended with this deck and chose to take all the damage and flip often. There are plenty of cards available to keep minions under control. Generally you will want to do something to remove a card from the collection at every opportunity. Sometimes the minions and side schemes can get overwhelming so you want to pick and choose the schemes and minions that you choose to take out. Always keep your health topped off by flipping almost every other turn and make use of Crew Quarters to help heal. DO NOT DISCARD ANY TECH. Use them empty exhausting for Fusillade instead. Also NEVER play any Battery Pack. I prefer to get down Side Holster with both Rocket's Pistol and Particle Cannon. Thruster Boots is important to get the main scheme under control and keep it there since you shouldn’t need to exhaust for defending and combined with I've Got a Plan can be extremely effective. Recuperation will help you heal in Alter-Ego after you’ve exhausted to use a a basic action. Remember to try to time Schadenfreude when you can do major damage instead of healing in Alter-Ego using your Rec action. I tried to leave ammo in my Rocket's Pistol for this reason alone. I found I could often heal all the way back to full health (12 HP if you can get Cybernetic Skeleton down) using two Rocket's Pistol shots, any third weapon, and a basic attack. I also included two Athletic Conditioning cards to hopefully have in hand when you inevitably get confused from a Psionic Ghost reveal. I also left the Galactic Artifacts side schemes un-thwarted and tried to rush down the villain any time I could do damage with Fusillade instead. This will be a little bit luck dependent but I found they were never a really big problem. An extra encounter card, a boost icon, I found weren’t really a huge deal and if I had a spare I've Got a Plan, I could use it to get rid of it if I had the action to spare. There is plenty of thwarting aggression card available so you can really focus on damage instead of thwarting all the time. Chase Them Down to remove two threat any time you can use Relentless Assault or even better, Into the Fray to kill a minion and remove even more threat. Also since you won’t be defending, don’t forget to use "You'll Pay for That!" to remove even more threat. I have been searching forever for an effective Collector I deck with Rocket Raccoon. I feel like this really zeroes in on exactly what needs to be done to avoid cards in play going to the Collection. You really only need to worry about the Minions and Attachments going into the Collection and making sure to remove one every time you can. Have fun and let me know if you found this deck helpful.
