This deck contains the following features:

  1. Low-cost event cards
  2. Avenger allies
  3. Drawing additional cards
  4. Combining powers
  5. Readying the hero or an ally

As event cards trigger the hero response on Hulkling's Shapeshift Upgrades, this deck contains 19 event cards, 14 of which have a cost of 0 or 1.

Besides playing events, this deck is all about playing allies and drawing cards. Wiccan, Kaluu, Yellow Jacket, Imitation Shape, Shapeshifter, Strength In Numbers, Call for Backup, Build Support, and Superpower Training all let you draw a card or find a card.

Another feature of the deck is combining powers or readying Hulkling or an ally from cards like "You Got This!", Inspiring Presence, Teamwork, and Earth's Mightiest Heroes.

Lastly, as Hulkling and his signature ally, Wiccan, are both Avengers, this deck features only Avenger allies to utilize Mighty Avengers to amplify allies' powers, Avengers Tower for an additional ally in play while reducing the cost to play an ally each round, Quincarrier for a wild resource, Earth's Mightiest Heroes to ready Hulkling, and Inspiring Presence to ready an ally.

EDIT: Swap out Yellow Jacket, Quincarrier, and one copy of Strength In Numbers for the three double resources. Alien Physiology already serves as a Quincarrier and odds are that Yellow Jacket's ability will not find one of the five upgrades in the deck. There are 17 cards with a cost of 2 which will be the targets for Energy, Genius, and Strength.

I'm running something very similar but using command team and get ready after using SiN on the allies. Good stuff!

@Castlefrank47 I considered building a leadership deck with Command Team and aerial allies like Aero and Cloud 9 to boost up Hulkling's ATK and THW when he's also aerial. That strategy didn't work as well with the low cost event cards as they either require that you exhaust the ally to draw a card or discard the ally to boost up the hero. I'm starting to get burned out on aerial decks as I've played a lot recently with Angel, Falcon, and Thor. It's been years since I've used Strength In Numbers and Earth's Mightiest Heroes in a deck, so it felt fitting to revisit an old strategy.
