Peter Parker 'Pool Party
Aside from the alliteration, this deck has some interesting synergies:
- Black Cat loves Get Rage-y because she doesn't take consequential damage when attacking.
- Not my Responsibility lets your flip to alter-ego the turn you play Nick Fury and still "use him" since he won't be defending this phase.
- Mockingbird and Cutupper can stun the villain to preserve your HP.
- Superpower Training will get Webbed Up (but you also have plenty of resources to play it) preventing two more attacks, preserving HP again.
- Aunt May and Healing Factor also keep you healthy
- Staying healthy allows for the 'Pool resources to nearly always generate 2 and quite often 3 resources, which is exactly how many resources you need to spend for Swinging Web Kick, Professor X, and Quincarrier.
- Avengers Compound and Plot Convenience team up to "store" Moon Girl and Self Control respectively so that when you flip down you can play her easily for the card draw.
- Get in Front of Me! is basically a third copy of Enhanced Spider-Sense with a bonus card draw (because I'm going to chump-block anyway to preserve my HP).
Resources
Of the basic double resources I'm only using Genius because it's great for playing Moon Girl, and the same can be said for The Power in All of Us (I have 8 cards which can use it, and that's my standard threshold of cards for "specialty" doubles).
As mentioned above the 'Pool resources will nearly always be doubles and often triples.
