Since Noble Sacrifice came out I was thinking how best to use it and I forgot U.S. Agent existed. John Walker is actually a pretty good character for defending in general. On Standard he can take a punch from most villains, and is nice for taking punches from minions as well. Since I mostly play true solo the idea here is to never have to flip since flip = lose in true solo.
Play U.S. Agent. Use Noble Sacrifice on U.S. Agent. Bring U.S. Agent back with Make the Call. Repeat.
Black Panther, Ironheart, Kaluu, Maria Hill, White Tiger are there for card draw. BP can also be a decent target for Noble Sacrifice if you haven't hit U.S. Agent.
Between Clarity of Purpose, Super-Soldier Serum, and Quincarrier you should have no problems affording an ally and an event each turn.
Go All Out, with your Specialized Training upgrade and Captain America's Shield, is a 2 for 8 which is great value even with the exhaust.
Endurance is helpful for getting more HP out there so that we can tank more hits without getting into a "danger zone" against those heavier hitters.

I would swap Go All Out for Push Ahead which will help in clearing Specialized Training along with any other larger side schemes that come out.
I would also go over the 40 card limit to 45 cards by adding in Mighty Avengers, Team Training, Mission Leader, Ant-Man and Stinger.
Nick Fury Jr. is absent because I like being able to keep certain cards and too often I find that Nick asks you to discard your hand to play him. Now this deck does have a pretty cheap curve so if you ran him you would almost certainly have something to play with him afterwards, but the point I'm making is that I just don't like running the card myself. He would absolutely be better than Ironheart here if you wanted to run him.
Professor X is also an option here instead of Ironheart for scenarios where the villain can be confused as this will help you ensure that if the villain gets off one of those rare "scheme in hero form" shenanigans, you're safe.
Groot would also be a good target as would Lockjaw but the idea was to center around the avengers theme. I'm testing a version that Call for Aid, Avengers Assemble, Lead from the Front and some other resource cards which tries to just focus on building up the board for a big turn with a Lead from the Front followed by an Avengers Assemble, and then once the Allies have gone you finish with some "You've Got This."
Blade is a great Noble Sacrifice target too. Love the deck!
