Note: Decks I build are focused on theme and fun. While I aim for strong performance, I prioritise storytelling, synergy, and cinematic moments. Most decks are tuned for Standard villain difficulty — not Expert.

Ideal for Players who enjoy

-Heavy board control, with great engine builds.

-Accessing alter-ego every turn with her great identity support.

-Gaining bonuses from defeating side scheme

-the Outlawed (2020) comic run and the champions' vigilante arc

Mode & Playstyle

Solo. Heavy control with great combos from supports / upgrades.

Theme

Based on the Outlawed comics for Ms Marvel — where Kamala's injury led to the passing of the Kamala Law, banning underage superhero activities. She and the Champions refuse to comply and operate underground and outside the law, as vigilantes.

Although not in this comic, Daredevil and Jessica Jones are both classic street-level vigilantes. Together in this deck they form an alliance to dismantle schemes.

Hook

Play Player side schemes or use One Way or Another → to have available side schemes to combo off.

Combine Ms Marvel's Shrink with Multitasking to clear up to a total of 8 threat among schemes, or 12 threat instead with Three Steps Ahead. . . . Profit from defeating sideschemes with Overwatch, Chance Encounter, Followed, Skilled Investigator or Turn the Tide.

Tips

Mulligan and find her key engine builders. My order of preference is Aamir Khan > Nakia Bahadir > Biokinetic Polymer Suit > Champions Mobile Bunker > Skilled Investigator > Bruno Carrelli.

Access alter-ego once a turn to benefit from her great persona supports and alter-ego ability "Teen Spirit" Ms. Marvel.

Throughout the game your 8 great allies will help manage the board and defend, as you build your great engine. Key Allies like Spider-Man, Ironheart, Red Dagger, Wasp; but most importantly Moon Girl, because of her great card draws. Recur any of them back to the deck with Aamir Khan.

Storytime

After a disasterous battle left Kamala Khan hospitalised the government passed the Kamala Law, banning underage heroes. As she recovered building strength, the schemes multipled. With her sidelined, the Champions did their best to keep order One Way or Another.

Going Undercover and keeping the main scheme Under Surveillance was the only option as they were outlaws. But they were still heroes at heart and always knew have a Show of Empathy even when they had to Take Out the Guards.

As the pressure mounted, Kamala returned. A Chance Encounter crossed her with Daredevil and Jessica Jones who stepped up to support. By Multitasking and sometimes being Three Steps Ahead they manage to Turn the Tide. Their teamwork became unstoppable.

Then came the moment. Ms. Marvel called it — "Go for Champions!". In one unified strike, with their leader back and stronger than ever, they took down the villain together — not as heroes, but as Outlawed vigilantes.
