What happens when Jubilee gets Wolverine to chaperone her after school club? You get many a villain foiled by Teenage Heroes With A Ruff Teacher (T.H.W.A.R.T.)!!

This is a thematic deck I've been rolling around in my head for awhile: What if X-Men got mixed with a little bit of Scooby Doo. Gameplan wise, this a pretty standard Justice deck. No fancy thrills or combos. Just T.H.W.A.R.T.!

The Members

Blindfold - Using her Psionic abilities, she can help the crew avoid the Villain's sinister plans in the coming future

Cypher - Taking use of an enemy's confusion, he can provide you an extra resource for the team

Hope Summers - She gives Jubilee that Flash of inspiration or the confidence to be a Firecracker given the situation

Husk - Usually waiting until halfway through club activities before joining, Husk loves using any leftover resources to stick around and help where needed

Lockjaw - The club mascot! He can appear at a moment's notice when called to take a bite out of crime!

Marvel Girl - A bit of a fighter who knows just how to punch an enemy to get them to assist

Wolverine - T.H.W.A.R.T.'s chaperone and teacher. He can be a little gruff at times, but he cares about the team and sticks around to mentor the group (and slice through enemies) for as long as he can

Gameplan

The club originally wanted to take Villain's head-on, but Wolverine thought it better to teach them a little espionage from his X-Force days. Always staying Three Steps Ahead can keep Villain's fangless. Impede the enemy early to do it again, or to use that information for another plan. Jubilee is fairly Multitalented and can do quite a bit when she shows it. Thanks to their Mutant Education, she always knows what plans of hers to hold on to as well. While they're an Unlikely Duo, Wolverine truly cares about his rambunctious protege. He even taught her how to become Invisible should things start to look a little rough.

The club has been given full access to the The X-Jet and X-Mansion by Professor X (allegedly), along with powers training, investigation skills, a strong Sense of Justice, and pride in being a Mutant. Even the art of keeping the baddies Under Surveillance has been passed along.

Final Thoughts

As mentioned before, this is a simple thematic Justice deck I've enjoyed using in 2-handed/multiplayer. There's enough thwarting juice that Stalwart Villains don't make this deck unplayable, but certainly not as fun. I've actually had this built for awhile (pre-Agents of Shield) and revisited after the community rankings did her wrong. I've been a Jubilee fan since the 90's and was smitten after her release. I think she can be a ton of fun in all aspects (even no aspects - check out Boomguy's Basic Jubilee deck).

Have fun and remember to T.H.W.A.R.T.!
