I was thinking..."What characters would benefit the most from using Coup de Grâce?" and the response "The ones with non-elite Nemesis minions." came to mind. A little searching and I realized that Kamala Khan not only has a non-elite minion, there are two in her nemesis set, and both of them can be immune to damage, but are completely vulnerable to Coup de Grâce once you get an upgrade attached to them.
Working from there, we may as well bring Face the Past and an array of upgrades (Gatekeeper, Marked, Suppressing Fire) to use on those Nemesis minions. This same combo will work well on any non-elite minion, so we can fish them out using Looking for Trouble. Shark-Girl will enjoy the upgrades, while Throg, Tigra, and Hall of Heroes won't mind a supply of minions of any kind.
We are already started feeding Kamala a steady diet of events, we can lean into it further with Clobber, a card that works very well with Ms. Marvel, as she can keep recurring it with it's own ability plus her Morphogenics .Test the Defense also enjoys recycling attack events.
She does need to pay attention to the number of minions building up, as this deck does not have any attacks that target multiple enemies, nor does it have tools for Tough other than using Ms. Marvel or an ally's basic attack to clear the trail for her attack events. But this deck has functioned serviceably for me in both solo and multiplayer.
